Auflösung oder Teilauflösung, Privatisierung oder Ausgliederung 1 Fällt eine öffentliche Aufgabe durch die Auflösung einer zuständigen Stelle, durch Übergang der Aufgabe an den Kanton oder durch Privatisierung dahin, bietet diese die bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt entstandenen Akten dem Stadtarchiv an. 2 Das Stadtarchiv kann Akten privatisierter oder ausgegliederter Stellen auch weiterhin übernehmen.
