Ermässigung und Erlass Auf die Erhebung von Gebühren und Auslagen kann von Amtes wegen oder auf Gesuch hin ganz oder teilweise verzichtet werden, wenn: a) das Verfahren nicht zum Abschluss gelangt; 512 $$$ 1.1.20084 b) es sich um eine Dienstleistung mit sehr geringem Aufwand handelt, namentlich um einfache Auskünfte; c) ein überwiegendes öffentliches Interesse an der Verfügung oder am Entscheid besteht; d) für die gebührenpflichtige Person ein begründeter Härtefall vorliegt.
