Rechtsmittel 1 Die Gebühren und Auslagen sind mit dem Hauptentscheid anzufechten. 2 Erfolgt einzig eine Rechnungsstellung, kann die gebührenpflichtige Person unentgeltlich eine anfechtbare Verfügung verlangen. 3 Gegen eine selbständige Gebührenverfügung gemäss Abs. 2 kann innert 20 Tagen seit Zustellung beim Stadtrat schriftlich und begründet Beschwerde erhoben werden. 4 Entscheide der Stadt können innert 30 Tagen mit Beschwerde an das Verwaltungsgericht weiter gezogen werden.
