Art. 8 III. Bemessung der Gebühren
Bemessung 1 Die Gebühr ist zwischen Fr. 10.– bis Fr. 20'000.– zu bemessen und umfasst mit Ausnahme der Auslagen alle Aufwendungen der Behörde. 2 Die Gebühr ist innerhalb des festgesetzten Gebührenrahmens nach dem Wert und der Bedeutung der staatlichen Tätigkeit für die gebührenpflichtige Person, dem Zeit- und Arbeitsaufwand und der notwendigen Sachkenntnis zu bemessen.
