Le tarif maximum de l’année en cours est appliqué, au besoin avec effet rétroactif, dans les cas suivants : a) les parents ne souhaitent pas présenter de justificatifs de leurs revenus ; b) les parents ne remettent pas les justificatifs requis dans le délai imparti ; c) les parents relèvent du droit d’asile et ne sont ni financièrement indépendants, ni soutenus par un service communal.
