§ 4 Übergangsvorschrift
Für die Erhebung von Gebühren und Auslagen für eine gebührenfähige Leistung, die vor dem 1. Oktober 2021 beantragt oder begonnen, aber noch nicht vollständig erbracht wurde, sind die bis einschließlich zum 30. September 2021 geltenden gebührenrechtlichen Regelungen weiter anzuwenden.
