§ 13 Übernahme von Rechten und Pflichten
Mit ihrem Entstehen übernimmt die "Stiftung Bundespräsident-Theodor-Heuss-Haus" die Rechte und Pflichten, welche für die Bundesrepublik Deutschland durch den mit den Erben Theodor Heuss geschlossenen Vertrag vom 29./30.
