Art. 26 Kontrolle von Projekten
1) Das Amt für Umweltschutz kontrolliert das Projekt fortlaufend auf Einhaltung der in der Entscheidung über die Umweltverträglichkeit festgehaltenen Auflagen, Bedingungen und Befristungen (Art. 14 Abs. 2). 2) Für die Kontrollen kann das Amt für Umweltschutz andere betroffene Amtsstellen beiziehen oder Sachverständige beauftragen.
