Art. 36 Aufhebung bisherigen Rechts
Es werden aufgehoben: a) Gesetz vom 10. März 1999 über die Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfung (UVPG), LGBl. 1999 Nr. 95; b) Gesetz vom 25. Oktober 2000 betreffend die Abänderung des Gesetzes über die Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfung (UVPG), LGBl. 2000 Nr. 264.
