Art. 3
1 Dem Fonds können künftige Vermögenszuwendungen von Dritten nach deren ausdrücklichem Willen zugewiesen werden. 2 Weiter können dem Fonds Erträge zugewiesen werden, welche unmittelbar auf die Sammlung Bernhard Neher zurückgehen. 3 Die Verzinsung des Fondsvermögens erfolgt auf den Anfangsbestand des jeweiligen Jahres zum Sparheftzinssatz der Schaffhauser Kantonalbank, welcher am 1. Januar eines jeden Jahres gilt.
