§ 109. Rahvakohtuniku vanne
Rahvakohtunik annab kohtu üldkogu ees järgmise vande:«Tõotan jääda ustavaks Eesti Vabariigile ja tema põhiseaduslikule korrale. Tõotan mõista õigust oma südametunnistuse järgi kooskõlas Eesti Vabariigi põhiseaduse ja seadustega.»
