§ 131¹. Kohtunikuabile esitatavate nõuete erisused
(1) Kohtunikuabiks võib nimetada ka isiku, kellel on rakenduskõrgkoolis omandatud kohtunikuabi eriharidus. (2) Kohtunikuabi eriharidust andva rakenduskõrgkooli lõpetamisel loetakse kohtunikuabi ettevalmistuskava täidetuks.
