§ 137⁴. Esimese ja teise astme kohtu esimeeste nimetamine
2016. aasta 1. augustil ametis oleva esimese või teise astme kohtu esimehe ametiaeg lõpeb tema nimetamise ajal kehtinud seaduses sätestatud tähtaja saabumisel ja tema suhtes ei kohaldata ühekordselt järgmiseks perioodiks kohtu esimeheks nimetamisel käesoleva seaduse § 12 lõikes 10 sätestatud piirangut.
