§ 26 Strafvorschriften
Mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu einem Jahr oder mit Geldstrafe wird bestraft, wer 1. eine in § 25 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 Buchstabe a bezeichnete Handlung beharrlich wiederholt oder 2. durch eine in § 25 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 oder Nr. 2 Buchstabe a bezeichnete vorsätzliche Handlung Leben oder Gesundheit eines Beschäftigten gefährdet.
