Beneficiari 1 L'indennità per il servizio di picchetto viene concessa ai collaboratori che fuori dal normale orario o turno di lavoro e quindi durante il loro tempo libero, sono tenuti a rimanere a disposizione per essere chiamati immediatamente in servizio per un intervento di lavoro. 2 Essere a disposizione significa essere raggiungibili a un preciso recapito e/o riuscire a essere dove richiesto al più tardi entro mezz'ora dalla chiamata.
