Auf Grund des § 330 Absatz 1 Satz 1 des Handelsgesetzbuchs, der zuletzt durch Artikel 190 Nummer 5 der Verordnung vom 31. August 2015 (BGBl. I S. 1474) geändert worden ist, auch in Verbindung mit § 264a Absatz 1 des Handelsgesetzbuchs, der durch Artikel 1 Nummer 4 des Gesetzes vom 24. Februar 2000 (BGBl. I S. 154) eingefügt worden ist, und § 336 Absatz 3 des Handelsgesetzbuchs, der durch Artikel 1 Nummer 5 des Gesetzes vom 30. November 1990 (BGBl. I S. 2570) geändert worden ist, sowie in Verbindung mit § 1 Absatz 2 des Zuständigkeitsanpassungsgesetzes vom 16. August 2002 (BGBl. I S. 3165) und dem Organisationserlass vom 8. Dezember 2021 (BGBl. I S. 5176) verordnet das Bundesministerium der Justiz, im Einvernehmen mit dem Bundesministerium der Finanzen und dem Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz:

I S. 5176) verordnet das Bundesministerium der Justiz, im Einvernehmen mit dem Bundesministerium der Finanzen und dem Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz:
