§ 6 Übergangsvorschrift
Diese Verordnung ist erstmals auf Jahresabschlüsse für ein Geschäftsjahr anzuwenden, das nach dem 31. Dezember 2023 beginnt. Auf Jahresabschlüsse für Geschäftsjahre, die vor dem 1. Januar 2024 beginnen, bleibt die Verordnung über Formblätter für die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses von Wohnungsunternehmen vom 22. September 1970 (BGBl. I S. 1334), die zuletzt durch Artikel 23 des Gesetzes vom 5. Juli 2021 (BGBl. I S. 3338) geändert worden ist, in der bis einschließlich 30. Juni 2023 geltenden Fassung weiter anwendbar.
