(1) Viisa andmine vormistatakse viisakleebise kandmisega välismaalase reisidokumenti või reisidokumendi vahelehele. (2) Viisa andmine vormistatakse reisidokumendi vahelehele juhul, kui Eesti seda reisidokumenti ei tunnusta.
