Art. 47b Selbstkontrolle und Meldung bei beeinträchtigter Leistungsfähigkeit
Erachtet sich eine Person mit einer sicherheitsrelevanten Tätigkeit in ihrer Leistungsfähigkeit als derart beeinträchtigt, dass sie die Sicherheit nicht mehr gewährleisten kann, so muss sie: a. auf jede sicherheitsrelevante Tätigkeit unverzüglich verzichten; b. dies der vorgesetzten Person unverzüglich melden.
