§ 76 Beteiligung der Regulierungsbehörde bei bürgerlichen Rechtsstreitigkeiten
Für bürgerliche Rechtsstreitigkeiten, die sich aus diesem Gesetz ergeben, gilt § 90 Absatz 1 und 2 des Gesetzes gegen Wettbewerbsbeschränkungen mit der Maßgabe entsprechend, dass an die Stelle des Bundeskartellamtes und seines Präsidenten oder seiner Präsidentin die Regulierungsbehörde und ihr Präsident oder ihre Präsidentin treten.
