§ 3. Bioloogilised ohutegurid
Tööandja ei tohi alaealisega töölepingut sõlmida ega lubada teda tööle, mis ohustab alaealise tervist eelkõige Vabariigi Valitsuse 5. mai 2000. a määruses nr 144 „Bioloogilistest ohuteguritest mõjutatud töökeskkonna töötervishoiu ja tööohutuse nõuded” esitatud 3. ja 4. ohurühma bioloogiliste ohutegurite tõttu.
