§ 4d Weitere Berechtigte
Die §§ 4 bis 4c gelten in den Fällen des § 1 Absatz 3 und 4 entsprechend. Der Bezug von Elterngeld durch nicht sorgeberechtigte Elternteile und durch Personen, die nach § 1 Absatz 3 Satz 1 Nummer 2 und 3 Anspruch auf Elterngeld haben, bedarf der Zustimmung des sorgeberechtigten Elternteils.
