Art. 12 Compiti del docente di classe
Il docente di classe allestisce e tiene aggiornati i libretti della cura dentaria, provvede a recapitarli ai genitori o tutori per l’iscrizione al servizio e successivamente per la notifica dei risultati della visita di controllo, e li riconsegna sollecitamente al medico dentista, che li tiene in custodia.
