§ 12 Bestehen der Prüfung, Gesamtnote
(1) Die Prüfung ist bestanden, wenn mindestens 50 Punkte erreicht worden sind in 1. jeder der drei Prüfungsleistungen der schriftlichen Prüfung nach § 9 und 2. der mündlichen Prüfung nach § 10. (2) Für die Bildung einer Gesamtnote ist als Gesamtpunktzahl das gewichtete arithmetische Mittel zu berechnen. Dabei werden die Bewertungen wie folgt gewichtet: 1. die Bewertung der schriftlichen Prüfung mit 75 Prozent und 2. die Bewertung der mündlichen Prüfung mit 25 Prozent. (3) Die Gesamtpunktzahl ist kaufmännisch auf eine ganze Zahl zu runden. Der gerundeten Gesamtpunktzahl ist nach Anlage 1 die Note als Dezimalzahl und die Note in Worten zuzuordnen. Die zugeordnete Note ist die Gesamtnote.
