§ 12 Überprüfung früherer Bescheide
Bescheide, in denen eine Krankheit nach Nummer 1315, 2101, 2104, 2108 bis 2110, 4301, 4302 oder 5101 der Anlage 1 von einem Unfallversicherungsträger vor dem 1. Januar 2021 nur deshalb nicht als Berufskrankheit anerkannt worden ist, weil die Versicherten die verrichtete gefährdende Tätigkeit nicht unterlassen haben, werden von den Unfallversicherungsträgern von Amts wegen überprüft, wenn die Bescheide nach dem 1. Januar 1997 erlassen worden sind.
