§ 73.
Omandireformi käigus tagastatud eluruumides tagastamise hetkel elanud üürnike õigusi reguleerib käesolev seadus Eesti Vabariigi omandireformi aluste seaduse §-s 12¹ sätestatud erisustega. Erisusi rakendatakse kuni nimetatud seaduse § 12¹ 3. lõikes sätestatud tähtaja lõpuni.
