§ 110. Riigivara registri andmete arhiveerimine
(1) Rahandusministeerium korraldab riigivara registri andmete arhiveerimise kuue kuu jooksul pärast registri tegevuse lõpetamist. (2) Riigi kinnisvararegister kasutab riigivara registri arhiivi andmeid põhimääruses sätestatud korras.
