§ 139⁹. Alltöövõtu tellinud isiku vastutus
Käesoleva seaduse §-s 33¹ sätestatud alltöövõtu tellinud isiku vastutust rakendatakse lepingutele, mis sõlmitakse alltöövõtu tellinud isiku ja töötaja tööandja vahel pärast käesoleva paragrahvi jõustumist.
