§ 27. Teatamiskohustus
Tööandja nõudel on töötaja kohustatud töölepingu kehtivuse ajal ja pärast selle lõppemist andma teavet oma tööalase ja majandus- või kutsetegevuse kohta ulatuses, milles see omab tähtsust käesoleva seaduse §-des 23–25 nimetatud kokkuleppest kinnipidamise kontrollimiseks.
