§ 3. Võrdse kohtlemise põhimõte
Tööandja peab tagama töötajate kaitse diskrimineerimise eest, järgima võrdse kohtlemise põhimõtet ning edendama võrdõiguslikkust vastavalt võrdse kohtlemise seadusele ja soolise võrdõiguslikkuse seadusele.
