§ 42. Vaba aja andmine
Tööandja annab töötajale vaba aega käesolevas jaos ettenähtud tingimustel ja korras. Töötajal on õigus nõuda vaba aega käesoleva seaduse §-s 38 ettenähtud tingimustel. Vaba aja andmisel tuleb mõistlikult arvestada tööandja ja töötaja huve.
