§ 4³. Tagatise uuendamine
Kütuse müüja esitab Maksu- ja Tolliametile uue tagatise vähemalt kümme tööpäeva enne tagatise kehtivusaja lõppemist. Uus tagatis hakkab kehtima eelneva tagatise kehtivusaja lõppemise päevale järgneval päeval.
