Amtsantritt 1 Die Mitglieder des Landrates, des Regierungsrates und der Gerichte treten ihr Amt am 1. Juni an, die Ständeräte mit Beginn der auf die Wahl folgenden Sitzung der Bundesversammlung. 2 Die Gemeindebehörden treten ihr Amt am 1. Januar an, wenn die Gemeindeordnung nichts anderes bestimmt. * 3 Wahlen für den Rest der Amtsdauer werden sofort wirksam. 4 Die Wahlen sind so anzusetzen, dass der rechtzeitige Amtsantritt gewährleistet ist.
