Art. 41h Schadstoffe im Grundwasser
1) Das Amt für Umweltschutz ermittelt im Rahmen der Gewässerzustandsüberwachung gemäss Art. 41k jeden signifikant und anhaltend steigenden Trend von einzelnen Schadstoffen, Schadstoffgruppen und Verschmutzungsindikatoren im Grundwasser, das nach Art. 41m Abs. 2 und 3 als gefährdet eingestuft wurde.
