Art. 41o Umsetzung und Überprüfung des Massnahmenprogramms
1) Die im Massnahmenprogramm enthaltenen Massnahmen sind vorbehaltlich Art. 41b Abs. 2 bis zum 1. Mai 2020 umzusetzen. Neue oder im Rahmen eines angepassten Programms geänderte Massnahmen sind innerhalb von drei Jahren umzusetzen. 2) Das Massnahmenprogramm ist spätestens bis zum 1. Mai 2021 und danach alle sechs Jahre zu überprüfen und gegebenenfalls anzupassen.
