Art. 22 Melde- und Informationspflicht
Wer Messmittel gewerbsmässig in Verkehr bringt, muss: a. dem METAS spätestens zum Zeitpunkt des Inverkehrbringens seinen Namen, seine Adresse sowie die Messmittelkategorie angeben; b. die Verwenderin über die Pflichten nach Artikel 21 informieren.
