Art. 7 Technische Normen und normative Dokumente
1 Das Eidgenössische Institut für Metrologie (METAS) bezeichnet nach Anhörung der mitbetroffenen Bundesstellen und im Einvernehmen mit dem Staatssekretariat für Wirtschaft die technischen Normen und normativen Dokumente, die geeignet sind, die Anforderungen für eine bestimmte Messmittelkategorie zu konkretisieren. 2 Titel und Fundstelle der technischen Normen und normativen Dokumente werden im Bundesblatt veröffentlicht. Fassung gemäss Ziff. I der V vom 7. Dez. 2012, in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 2013 (AS 2012 7207).
