Überwiegendes privates Interesse 1 Ein überwiegendes privates Interesse nach Artikel 46 Absatz 2 Buchstabe c IDAG liegt in der Regel dann vor, wenn eine Person: a. Zugang zu Informationen über sich selbst verlangt; b. Zugang zu Informationen über eine Person des öffentlichen Lebens verlangt, sofern diese Informationen mit dem Wirken dieser Person in der Öffentlichkeit zu tun haben.
