Schutzziele 1 Die öffentlichen Organe sorgen dafür, dass Sach- und Personendaten ihrem Schutzbedarf entsprechend: a. nur Berechtigten zugänglich sind (Vertraulichkeit); b. bei Bedarf verfügbar sind (Verfügbarkeit); c. nicht unberechtigt oder unbeabsichtigt verändert, vernichtet oder gelöscht werden (Integrität); d. nachvollziehbar bearbeitet werden (Nachvollziehbarkeit).
