§ 41 Vogelschutz an Energiefreileitungen
Zum Schutz von Vogelarten sind neu zu errichtende Masten und technische Bauteile von Mittelspannungsleitungen konstruktiv so auszuführen, dass Vögel gegen Stromschlag geschützt sind. An bestehenden Masten und technischen Bauteilen von Mittelspannungsleitungen mit hoher Gefährdung von Vögeln sind bis zum 31. Dezember 2012 die notwendigen Maßnahmen zur Sicherung gegen Stromschlag durchzuführen. Satz 2 gilt nicht für die Oberleitungsanlagen von Eisenbahnen.
