§ 47 Einziehung und Beschlagnahme
Kann für Tiere oder Pflanzen eine Berechtigung nach § 46 nicht nachgewiesen oder glaubhaft gemacht werden, können diese von den für Naturschutz und Landschaftspflege zuständigen Behörden beschlagnahmt oder eingezogen werden. § 51 gilt entsprechend; § 51 Absatz 1 Satz 2 gilt mit der Maßgabe, dass auch die Vorlage einer Bescheinigung einer sonstigen unabhängigen sachverständigen Stelle oder Person verlangt werden kann.
