Art. 106 Berufs- und Weiterbildung
1 Der Kanton unterstützt die berufliche Aus- und Weiterbildung sowie die Umschulung. 2 Er kann entsprechende Bildungsstätten errichten und führen oder sich an solchen beteiligen. 3 Kanton und Gemeinden fördern die Allgemeinbildung der Jugendlichen und die Erwachsenenbildung.
