Art. 65 Immunität
Für Äusserungen im Kantonsrat und in seinen Kommissionen können die Mitglieder des Kantonsrates und des Regierungsrates rechtlich nicht verantwortlich gemacht werden. Der Kantonsrat kann jedoch mit der Zustimmung von zwei Dritteln der anwesenden Mitglieder die Immunität aufheben, wenn sie offensichtlich missbraucht wird.
