Art. 67 Wahl und Sitzverteilung
1 Der Kantonsrat wird nach Proporz gewählt.
2 Die Zuteilung der Sitze an die Wahlkreise erfolgt durch Beschluss des Kantonsrates aufgrund der letzten per Stichtag nachgeführten kantonalen Bevölkerungsstatistik. Massgebend ist das Verhältnis der Einwohnerzahl der Wahlkreise zu derjenigen des Kantons.
