Art. 93 Katastrophen- und Kriegsvorsorge
1 Kanton und Einwohnergemeinden treffen Massnahmen zum Schutze der Bevölkerung vor Katastrophen und kriegerischen Ereignissen. 2 Das Gesetz kann zu diesem Zweck dem Kantonsrat und dem Regierungsrat für beschränkte Zeit Befugnisse einräumen, die von den Zuständigkeitsvorschriften der Verfassung abweichen.
