§ 3 Bestätigung der Umstellungsrechnung
Das Bundesaufsichtsamt prüft anhand der in § 2 genannten Unterlagen, ob die Vermögenswerte und Verbindlichkeiten in Mark der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik nach dem D-Markbilanzgesetz umgestellt worden sind und bestätigt die Umstellungsrechnung. Es ist nicht an den Bestätigungsvermerk des Prüfers gebunden.
