Art. 18 Inkrafttreten
1. Das vorliegende Protokoll und die darin enthaltenen Änderungen treten am 30. Tag nach dem Tage in Kraft, an dem die 40. Ratifikations- oder Beitrittsurkunde gemäss Artikel 17 hinterlegt worden ist. 2. Für jeden andern Staat, der seine Ratifikations- oder Beitrittsurkunde nach dem Tage der Hinterlegung der genannten 40. Urkunde hinterlegt, tritt dieses Protokoll am 30. Tage nach der Hinterlegung der Ratifikations- oder Beitrittsurkunde durch diesen Staat in Kraft.
