§ 1 Anwendungsbereich
Diese Verordnung findet Anwendung auf Betriebe und Einrichtungen, soweit sie Großhandel mit Arzneimitteln treiben, soweit nicht nach § 1 Abs. 2 der Arzneimittel- und Wirkstoffherstellungsverordnung vom 3. November 2006 (BGBl. I S. 2523), deren Vorschriften Anwendung finden. Die Verordnung findet auch Anwendung auf Arzneimittelvermittler im Sinne von § 4 Absatz 22a des Arzneimittelgesetzes, soweit diese Verordnung dies bestimmt.
