Das Pfandregister der Zentralen (Art. 16 des Gesetzes) ist gleich anzuordnen wie das Pfandregister ihrer Mitglieder. Die Darlehen an die Mitglieder sind jedoch nicht in dieses Register einzutragen, sondern die bankmässige Buchführung der Zentralen über die Darlehen gilt als Bestandteil des Pfandregisters.
