§ 17 Amt der oder des Beauftragten für die Belange von Menschen mit Behinderungen
(1) Die Bundesregierung bestellt eine Beauftragte oder einen Beauftragten für die Belange von Menschen mit Behinderungen. (2) Der beauftragten Person ist die für die Erfüllung ihrer Aufgabe notwendige Personal- und Sachausstattung zur Verfügung zu stellen. (3) Das Amt endet, außer im Fall der Entlassung, mit dem Zusammentreten eines neuen Bundestages.
